At 327m, the first hole appears to be a straightforward par 4.

Dangers include out of bounds along the left side and a fairway bunker on the left.  The cliff 230m off the blue plates also presents a challenge.

The longer hitters may choose to play for the lower level of fairway for a short chip to the green.

Pro's tip:
 
A smart tee shot will finish on the top level of fairway leaving a full short iron to the green.
