COVID Safe Plan. Do not come to Clubhouse or play Golf if you are feeling unwell, look unwell or displaying any flu like symptoms.  You will be asked to leave the premises for the safety of other players.

  • All Members and guests must ‘sign into’ Club using Services NSW QR code.  The digital code is located at all entry points.   This is compulsory.
  • All Members and guests must show they are ‘Checked In’ to Club before being served at the Bar.
  • All Visitors (guests) are Temporary Members of the Club and must sign into Temporary Membership Book located at Foyer and Bar.
  • Patrons are not required to wear masks.
  • Furniture has been placed to adhere to the 1.5m physical distancing.  This is to comply with reduced contact and mingling between customers.  Do not move furniture, otherwise you will be asked to leave Clubhouse.
  • Golfers should exhibit heightened awareness of personal hygiene and adhere to social distancing guidelines, as has been encourage by NSW Health Orders.

QR Code Protocals for Clubhouse and Golf Course.  QR Codes are still a requirement by NSW Govt be to followed with checking into our venues.  This requirement of registering your arrival onto the Golf Course or at the Clubhouse will be required for sometime.  We understand that sometimes we can be a bit forgetful to use the QR Code to register/sign in, but due to the financial penalties that can arise you will still be asked to register your attendance at Course or Clubhouse.

The process is easy to follow: a) activate your camera on your mobile phone.  b) position the camera view so that it places the QR Code on the screen and a link to Services NSW will appear on your screen. Click the link and it will take you to a registration screen (do not take a photo of the QR code – this is not registering you into the venue) c) complete the fileds on the screen d) confirmation that you are ‘checked in’ will appear on your screen

All Members and Visitors are required to bring their phone into the Clubhouse so they may register themselves.

Members and Visitors without a smart phone may ask another person to register them using their phone.

This process is mandatory.  The Club appreciates you abiding by these requirements.

 

Dress Code.  Neat and tidy golf attire to be worn on the Golf Course and in the Clubhouse. Golf Course attire includes collared polo shirts or golf shirts with regular, mock or crew neck collars. Golf socks must be worn with all golf footwear and tailored pants/shorts /skirts are preferable. Unacceptable items of clothing: muscle shirts, t-shirts, singlets, tank tops, tube tops or halter tops are not permitted. Denim jeans, cargo shorts, industrial wear, track pants, gym shorts, cut-off shorts, beachwear, tear-away pants, football shorts or socks, jogging pants or shorts, tracksuits, cycling shorts, or spandex shorts or pants are not permitted on the course. No clothing with offensive phrases or graphics will be allowed.

Functions

Our Clubhouse is a large open room with views over the golf links.  Ideal location for your next party, function, Celebration of Life, or your next event.  We do not host 18th Birthday parties. The Club is not available on Public Holidays or over the Easter period for hire.

Cost – $300.00

Capacity – 100 people standing,  80 seated maximum.

Times of Hire –  Start time of your function will be no earlier than 6:00 pm with the Bar ceasing trading at 11:15 pm and the function ending at 11:30 pm with all guests departing at this time. You may get access to this room earlier for decoration.  This must be discussed and arranged through the Manger.

Catering – All catering is direct with Louis Baumann, the Club’s contract caterer. All bookings must use the Club’s contract caterer. No self catering is allowed. Cake can be brought to functions, however if you wish cake to be plated and served, a cakeage will be charged by the Caterer. Details on menu & prices contact Louis direct on louis.baumann@gmail.com. The Club accepts no liability or payment on behalf of the caterer.

Bar – We have a fully stocked bar with 6 beers on tap.  We do not have a BYO licence as we are a Registered Club.  No alcohol to be brought onto premises.  All drinks are to be purchased over the Bar.  Bar persons are included in Room Hire price. You may wish to have a Bar Tab at your function or guests can purchase their own beverages.

Facilities –  Sound system can be used with iPod connection; Large screen television with USB capabilities; Cordless Microphone; Stage for Band.

Booking will be held as a tentative for 7 days.  The Club then requires a completed Booking Agreement and payment to confirm your date. Please contact the Club at any time for more detailed information.
